At Nocturnal Salon we value your time as much as our time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know within 36 hours of your appointment. If you are running late please contact your stylist as soon as possible to let them know. Any more than 15 minutes without notice will be considered a no call/no show and the appointment will be canceled. Late cancellations and no call-no shows will result in loss or deposit or a 50% cancellation fee of the starting service price. If it is an emergency please contact us directly as soon as you can. All deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within 36 hours of your original appointment time. The deposit goes towards your appointment cost and secures your spot. We send out confirmation and reminder texts and emails 72 and 48 hours in advance.
